All orders are accepted by BabaBing! Limited are subject to these terms and conditions of sale, which supersede any previous terms and conditions.
All descriptions and illustrations contained in this website are only intended to give a general idea of the products, specifications may vary slightly.
To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by fax, by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website.
All items subject to availability, an equivalent alternative will be sent in its place if the selected product is not available, however you will be informed in advance via email.
Mainland UK destinations - Orders will be dispatched by Parcel Force service, which will be Parcel Force Standard Delivery 2-3 day service. Also included in this service are the Highland and Isles of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly.
Channel Islands, Europe and the rest of the World are by Parcel Force International. In most cases this is a 10 day delivery service.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within two days of delivery. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ENTERTAINED AFTER THIS PERIOD.
Payment can be made by a valid credit or debt card and is cleared online with Protx (link to www.protx.com) using a secure server.

Lines are open between 9am and 5.30pm Monday Friday. We accept Delta, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Switch and Solo. Please have your credit card details available.
We reserve the right to refuse any credit card transactions.
We want you to be delighted with every BabaBing! product. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
We accept the return of items only if they are unopened (except in cases where the item has to be tried for fit) and in their original condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
You can always return items if they are defective. Please note: we only accept returns of items that have been opened if they are defective. Please see "To return an item" below for details of how to return defective items to us.
RETURNS - DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the error/defective item to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for those charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of size/color a further postage and package charge will be made.
RETURNING AN ITEM
Wrap the package securely and send the package to the address below. In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any). Then send the package to the address below:

CANCELLING AN ITEM
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. To cancel this contract, please phone one of our sales team. Received orders may only be cancelled if the goods are returned unopened and in their original condition.
